Every sunrise ride runs about 45 to 60 minutes, includes passenger insurance and AFAC-certified, English-speaking pilots, and is rescheduled free of charge if conditions ground the flight. Our group is big — can we all fly at the same sunrise?

Yes. Each basket holds several passengers depending on the balloon and the total weight on board, and for bigger parties we put up several balloons that launch on one schedule, so the whole group shares the same sunrise instead of taking turns.

Can you make the birthday person feel special in the air?

That is exactly what the Birthday Balloon Flight ($2,300 MXN) is for: it comes with a commemorative diploma in the celebrant's name and a sparkling toast once you land. Book a little ahead and we can also have a personalized banner or sign waiting.

Do you handle company outings and team-building trips?

Yes. Incentive trips, team-building mornings and corporate outings are a regular part of what we do. The All Inclusive package ($3,300 MXN) pairs the flight with round transport from Mexico City so the team travels together — just send your headcount and date and we assemble it.

What does every seat include?

Every sunrise outing runs about an hour with prep and the closing toast, comes with passenger insurance and certified, English-speaking pilots, and you are welcome to bring a phone or camera aboard. If conditions ground the flight, we move you to another date at no extra cost.

How do we lock in a date for our group?

Reserve through our online booking system, or send a WhatsApp to +52 55 3956 2923 with your guest count and preferred date — we confirm availability and your group rate from there. For weekends and corporate dates, the earlier the better.

Is a balloon ride in Teotihuacan safe for a first-timer?

Yes. Every flight is flown by commercial pilots certified by Mexico's civil aviation authority (AFAC), and passenger insurance is included on every seat. If the weather will not let us fly safely, we simply reschedule your flight at no extra cost.

Are kids charged the same as adults?

Yes. The fare is per seat in the basket regardless of age, so children pay the same per-person price as adults and there is no child discount. We recommend a minimum age of about 6 years old to fly.
