What time is the flight and how long does it last?

Balloons lift off at sunrise, so it is an early start. Plan to arrive about 30 minutes before for check-in and inflation; the full experience runs around one hour from there.

Is it safe, and will the pilot speak English?

Yes. Every flight is run by certified pilots who brief passengers in English, and passenger insurance is included. Safety is our number-one priority on each lift-off.

What if the weather grounds the balloons?

We move you to another available date at no cost. Wind and weather safety always come first, so we would rather reschedule than risk a flight in poor conditions.
